The Big Bang
I hate to post this, but I have had some requests…so I have decided to do a short post with some informative pictures.
Many of you are aware of this, but for those of you who are not, I was in an accident last Wednesday. While driving home from work (fortunately Adam was not but 6 cars behind me), I drove through an intersection (I had green) and was T-boned into a cement cabinetry building. The guy said he was looking at a map when he ran the red light. And apparently the men working in the building had cabinets on the walls and when I hit, they flew across the room! They all (yes, all) rushed down to my rescue.
I was screaming like a mad woman!!! All I could think about was that I was in a wreck (never happened before) and I wanted to know where Adam was! Within two minutes he was there to save me!
Long story short, my passat is no more, I did go to the ER and left with some drugs and some bruises and now I am waiting for the insurance from the other guy to pay up! I’m fine! So don’t worry!
Thank goodness for seatbelts and airbags! They saved my life!
Holy freaking cow Janie! I leave the country for less than a month and look what you get yourself in to! That guy BETTER pay up! I’m glad that you are ok!
Oh, that just hurts to look at . . . I am so glad you’re doing okay, but I’m sad about your car! Are you off the pain meds now?
Omg! I’m so sorry to hear about that! Car accidents are the worst! But I’m so so glad you’re ok! I hope all the insurance paperwork goes smoothly (I know that’s rough too) and if you need anything, you know who’s door to knock on=)
I’m so sorry about that. I heard about it somehow last week. I meant to call, but obviously didn’t. I’m glad you feeling much better, but I’m sure your still a littled shocked by the whole thing. :) Your in my prayers!
Holy Cow, I cannot believe the damage done to your car and the building!! I am glad to hear and see that you are doing better.
I am sorry. I too was in a wreck last Wed (rear ended). Maybe the karma police were after both of us. Good luck on dealing with the ins. What a pain the rear. Glad you are ok.
Janie I am so glad that you are okay. Those pictures are horrible! It is great that Adam was so close but also scary if he had to watch the wreck. We love you and hope that you are 100% better soon!
