i have a question for those of you who have seen my headboard in my new place. i stated in the post that i was going to paint it white/off-white. the question for you is should i INSTEAD paint it a bright color? perhaps a shade of blue or red? here is a PERFECT example!

What color are you walls? I would do something that would contrast with your walls, so bright if they are muted but white if they’re colored. I love for things like that to stand out.
i think a bright/bold color would look best, especially if it’s staying in front of the window like that, for contrast. no advice on the blue v. red issue though. both very good colors with many many decor options surrounding them!

Prefer el color!! Rojo would be good I think but I’d need to see the room. Esp if you could hunt down some fun fabric like those on the lamp shade and throw pillows and make up your own shades and pillows…AND I’d probably paint the walls a light grey/blue or something soft and neutral but not white.
